At Eighth Haus, we offer a dynamic mix of hot yoga and Pilates-esq classes designed to challenge, restore, and support all bodies. Whether you're flowing through Vinyasa, grounding into Hatha, firing up your abdominals on the mat, or moving through a hybrid Yogalates session, every class is open-level, inclusive, and rooted in alignment.
Flow
A breath-led, heat-building practice that links movement with intention. Expect strong sequencing, chataranga push ups and work on the hands, focused cueing, and creative transitions.
Hatha Yoga
A slower-paced yet challenging class focused on posture, BALANCE, and lengthening the spine, breathwork, and precision. Perfect for those seeking clarity in alignment and a meditative reset.
Mat Strength
Strengthen from the center out with this full-body and abdominal-focused workout. We utilize props, mindful movement, and controlled breathing to engage the body in a great overall workout.
Yogalates (Hybrid Classes)
These classes blend the flow of yoga with the strength training of Pilates—with the use of props designed to build endurance, flexibility, and deep core stability. We offer both flow-based and Hatha-based versions depending on your pace and preference.
